ROBIN SEQUENCE AND OLIGODACTYLY

TEXT
Clinical Features
Robinow et al. (1986) observed the Robin sequence (micrognathia, retroglossia, and U-shaped posterior cleft palate) in association with oligodactyly in a mother and son. Meinecke and Wiedemann (1987) expressed the opinion that this disorder is the same as that named 'postaxial acrofacial dysostosis syndrome' (263750) by Miller et al. (1979). Robinow et al. (1987) questioned that the 2 conditions are identical. They did accept the identity of the single case reported by Meinecke and Wiedemann (1987).
